The first time I saw Beau Smith’s face, I fell for him…hard. There’s just a few tiny problems. He lives wild. I’ve never left the city. He wants a wife who can handle his harsh world. I just want him.

He’s been burnt in the past, and he won’t let me in easily, but there’s no denying the spark between us, so intense it could set the woods on fire. And with every hot and dirty night we spend together, I can feel his walls crumbling.

But once he realizes I’m not what he signed up for, that I lied to him about who I am—will he still want me, or will I lose my wild man forever?

Warning: The Smith Brothers are not just identical twins, they’re big, burly, bearded, insanely hot mountain men. They’re also sweet, and very, very dirty. Did I mention dirty?

“I have your whole stay planned out. Hunting, fishing, treks every day. You’re going to love it here.” (by Beau) She cleared her throat. “Can’t wait.” (by Freya)

  • Cover: We know he is hot! We see the mountains without snow, so it differs from the previous book. Look at this man? What is not to like? 🙂
  • Plot: Everything was perfect! No typo mistakes,  lots of smut, but everything relevant to the story. Ms. Gray once again gave a cohesive story with no weak spots.
  • Characters: I had fun with this story. Freya was an amazing character and she made me laugh out loud while reading inside the ferry. Beau’s also had his funny moments. They were easy to like, understand and connect.
  • Heat: Their chemistry is really good and the smut scenes are hot hot hot!
  • Freshness: I mean, Freya was such a city slicker cliché that it was funny. The fact that it takes a while to Beau catch up to this was hilarious. It worked! It made it feel different and unique.
  • Addictiveness: This is a fast, fun read. In one sitting you read this book.

  • Like in the first book, I wish this could be longer and I had more information from the characters. Maybe to have seen a bit of their internet/phone dating during the six months prior to their meeting.

I stared him down, willing him to play along, that some of that twin magic people talked about would suddenly kick in and he’d read my mind. by Beau

First I have to say, that I was worry this book would be too similar to the first one. I mean, they are identical twins, they are both from the mountains, a bit rough around the edges, not great people skills, even though Beau is better than Hank with people, he is still rough.

I shouldn’t have worried. Ms. Gray gave them a totally different tone.

While Hank’s book was serious this one was fun. While Hank was unsure, Beau was too sure. In fact, Beau had a wife mold ready, only looking for the woman who would fit. Freya was a breath of fresh air, that didn’t fit  Beau’s mold. 🙂 I have really enjoyed her.

I love Ms. Gray’s books and I’m looking forward to read more from her.

You MAY read this because you like the author; you SHOULD read this if you enjoy erotic romance; you MUST read this for a bit of spicy fun!!!

Hank Smith saved my life, carrying me through a blizzard to his mountain cabin. He doesn’t like strangers, and he doesn’t like leaving his sanctuary. Now I’m trapped here with him until the snow melts.

I see him looking at me. He tries to hide behind a gruff exterior, but I see the longing and the heat burning in his eyes. I know he wants me, and I can’t resist him. I want to feel those big, rough hands all over my body.

But once he’s unleashed his raw, barely tried desire on me, will I be able to leave my mountain man behind, or will he make me his?

Warning: The Smith Brothers are not just identical twins, they’re big, burly, bearded, insanely hot mountain men. They’re also sweet, and very, very dirty. Did I mention dirty?

About Sherilee Gray

Sherilee’s always had a big (some may say warped) imagination, and as a kid scared herself conjuring up horror stories full of ghosts and other terrifying creatures. As she got older the stories changed quite a bit, but they were always there. Still, she never dreamed of actually writing down any of those wonderful imaginary people or places. Not until many years later when her sister introduced her to the wondrous world of romance novels, and her very large book collection.

She’s pleased to say, she still has the big imagination… only now her characters are chasing their happily ever after.

Sherilee Gray is a kiwi girl and lives in beautiful New Zealand with her husband and their two children. When she isn’t writing sexy, edgy contemporary romance or fueling her voracious book addiction, she can be found dreaming of far off places with a mug of tea in one hand and a bar of Cadburys Rocky Road chocolate in the other.
