2015 Challenge: FitReaders

Welcome to #FitReaders hosted by Geeky Bloggers Book Blog  and That’s What I’m Talking About.

 

I’m turning 40 this year and I had a hard 2014. Too many real life problems that have taken me away from my regular work-out regime and diet.

My goals:

  • get back a work-out routine
  • 30 minutes daily of walking/running
  • 3 sets of biceps/triceps/shoulders exercise (12 each set) at least 3 times a week
  • 50 sit-ups in the morning and 50 sit-ups at night at least 3 times a week
  • 3 sets of squats 3 times a week
  • keep my Dukan diet maintenance for as long as I can
